Wet wipes can be mainly divided into ordinary wipes and sanitary wipes. According to the user group, they can be divided into adult wipes and baby wipes. Baby wipes have higher requirements and cannot add alcohol, essence, stimulating ingredients, fluorescent agent, etc.

● Ethanol: It is miscible with water in any ratio.
It is miscible with chloroform, ether, methanol, acetone and most other organic solvents.
Ethanol has a wide range of uses, and it can be used to manufacture acetic acid, beverages, flavors, dyes, fuels, etc. In medical treatment, ethanol with a volume fraction of 70% to 75% is also commonly used as a disinfectant.
● Chlorhexidine Gluconate: A disinfectant and antiseptic agent, it has quite strong broad-spectrum antibacterial and bactericidal effects, and is effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
Commonly used for external hand, skin disinfection, rinsing wounds, etc.
● Glycerin: and glycerol, colorless, odorless, viscous liquid.
It has the function of absorbing moisture from the surrounding environment. Can be used in combination with other moisturizing skin care ingredients to enhance moisturizing effect.
● Aloe Vera Extract: Plant-based moisturizing agent.
Since aloe vera extract contains mucopolysaccharides (similar to hyaluronic acid), it has good lubricating and moisturizing effects, as well as sunscreen and anti-inflammatory effects.
◆ Process flow
According to the dosage in the ingredient list, add water, ethanol, chlorhexidine gluconate, glycerol, and aloe extract in turn, and stir for 30 minutes;
The content of ethanol 65-75% (V/V) and chlorhexidine gluconate (0.1±W/V) can be detected as qualified.
