The difference was not statistically significant. Compared with 75.00% ethanol, the disinfection effect of isopropanol compound disinfectant wipes is better than that of ethanol. This is statistically significant. Conclusion Isopropanol compound disinfectant wipes and 500mg/L chlorine disinfectant have a good disinfection effect on the tested medical devices; but compared with chlorine-containing disinfectants, isopropanol compound disinfectant wipes are easy to use. No damage, no adverse reactions to the human body.
