Two disinfection methods of fiber anesthesia laryngoscope were selected, and they were randomly divided into 2% glutaraldehyde immersion disinfection group (group A) and low-temperature plasma combined with gamma medical wipes wipe group (group B). 

The lenses of group A and B were sampled, and the bacteria were cultured after disinfection treatment. Each group had 30 samples; each mirror handle of group A and B had 86 samples, and each group of lenses and mirror handles had a total of 116 samples. Group A: The laryngoscope was separated in time after use. Wipe the mirror handle with medical wet wipes and wipe it with a piece of sterile gauze soaked in 70% ethanol, and put it in a special storage box for use.

The lens is immersed in 1:400 solvent for 10 minutes, rinsed with tap water, immersed in 500ppm phytohormone solution for 10 minutes, medical wipes are rinsed with tap water, dried and soaked with 2% glutaraldehyde for 10 hours, rinsed thoroughly with distilled water. , Wipe dry with sterile gauze. 

Then store it with a sterile towel. Group B: After use, immediately wipe the laryngoscope with a gamma sanitary napkin to remove stains, and separate the mirror from the handle. After removing the disinfectant handle, the medical wipes remove the disinfectant handle and fix it in the storage box.
